File "example.php" is writeable by group or is writeable by others
File "example.php" is writeable by group or is writeable by others
Solution
You receive the following error:
Internal Server Error
File "/path/to/test.php" is writeable by group or is writeable by others
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
suPHP 0.6.2
Setting your file permissions to group and world writable (chmod 777) is a very significant security issue and should always be avoided. By doing this, you potentially allow other users to update and write to your files. (PHP Open_Base restricts this by default, but it is very bad practice to set insecure permissions)
If you require php to write and/or update a file you should set file permissions to a maximum of 755.
